We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room, which included four fluffy pillows. the hotel facilities, including the hot shower and comfortable bed, exceeded our expectations. Additionally, the staff was helpful and provided great recommendations for activities in the area.

The rooms are huge and good-sized and complete with a coffee machine and fresh linen, for example. The location of the hotel is excellent, really close to Greenville, Dallas at 10:51 and the restaurants and stores.

Chose this hotel for a training session due to the convenient access to the business center with internet-equipped computers. Utilized it for last-minute work tasks, finding it efficient and reliable.

Would have appreciated having a printer available in the business center for printing important documents.

The accommodation was excellent, I got the suite room and it was very clean and nice. Initially I was only going to stay for 3 days but turned in to 2 weeks instead. The cleaning staff are very polite and got my room cleaned every day. I loved how they had fast wifi internet!! I have stayed at many hotels in the past and the wifi is either slow or keeps dropping, but here it was fast and I was able to log on to the wifi without any troubles and stayed connected, that was a huge plus for this motel. Everything else was great the room, the service. I know got an apartment after 2 weeks of staying there, will stay at the Royal Inn in the future if i need to and will let friends know about this place if they need a place.

Sincerely, it was a nice stay on a business trip. The location of the property was great as we were very close to the restaurants and stores, other stores available, and the surrounding area. There was Pizza Hut nearby to grab something to eat.

The hotel is conveniently located in a bustling area, with easy access to amenities. the rooms are equipped with comfortable bedding and four fluffy pillows. Guests commend the spotless rooms and efficient service. Additionally, the affordable rates offer above-average room quality.

Some guests reported issues with cockroaches and dysfunctional AC units.

The manager and staff were so nice and very helpful, they made sure we were felt like we were at home. Manager even helped my son out with his new laptop, my son barely got it and didn't know how to set it up. The rooms were clean and perfect! The Air conditioner worked great and kept us cool in the room, away from the heat outside. Everything was great, will stay at the Royal Inn when we go back to Greenville.
